Litrato

In time for holloween.

More than 2 decades have passed and this mystery still lingers on my mind. I can't forget and I know will never will.

In the old house of my Lolo in Pangasinan with Ate Alice we witnessed how the woman beside Mommy (my lola) moved her limbs---her arms are really moving! And it happened in a laminated picture! OMG talaga! How in the world did it happen?! Until now hindi ko sya makalimutan!

Imagine, yung tao sa loob ng laminated picture gumagalaw?! And ofcourse I am not hallucinating or making up stories kase 2 kami ng ate ko na naka-witness nung nangyari.

Nakakaloka lang.

Bakit kaya gumalaw yung matandang babae sa picture?

Bohol 2010

When we were t(asked) to create our dream board I made mine specific: going to Bohol before the year ends!
Status: Done. Thank your Lord! Love You!

***
First time to fly with ZestAir. I am very disappointed.Flight delayed going to Bohol for 2-hours and advance for 2 hours going back to Manila. I strongly recommend not to trust ZestAir if you travel with limited time and does follow a very strict schedule.

Airportation
All smiles and excited for the trip.
Since our flight is delayed we killed time in Jollibee accross the road and had a full breakfast for the energy we need the whole day.

For this day I chose to wear my floral dress from Unica Hija so I can pair it with my Levi's denim jacket. =) Kase since binili ko sya never ko pa nasuot and siempre  for comfort and 'pictorial purposes'. =)

Boarding ZestAir...there's a 'free seat' for my bag! hahaha!

We landed Tagbilaran around 1PM and now ready for our Bohol adventure!

Kuya Ondoy our tour guide/ driver in  Bohol came waving with this paper on his hands:

hahaha! Kuya mali po. Ailyn Galinato po.

On our first day we had our Panglao Tour.

We visited Panglao Church and Dauis Church. I love the ruins and yung churches very classic...I can imagine yung mga Prayle habang sinasalbe  I mean habang nangangaral sa mga Pilipino.

Then we went to Bohol Bee Farm where we had our late lunch. They served great foods in a very reasonable price. I loved their very own concoction of Honey Mustard dressing. A must try when you go there and make sure to eat every thing they serve including the flowers in your garden salad! It is always good to try something new especially when they look really beautiful. Trust me they really taste good. I emptied my plate in a blast and savoured my halo-halo which is the best! Another must try.

While waiting for the food to be served, I explore the area and asked Jaymar take some photos.
Live...Laugh...Love. Me in a high chair...kase hindi lahat ng nasa high chair ay TL. =) (di nyo gets? Vonage joke yan) And siempre I never missed the chance to be photographed sa Sungka kase when I was young this is my bonding moment with my Mama-Alam and she's very good at it. =)

Then we explored the Secret Life of Bees.

as much as we want to stay longer we have to leave because there are more places to see!

While they all looked happy with Rica the Albino Phyton I just captured their moments and settled myself with Dora lakwatsera!=)

Then off to Hinagdanan Cave, when we arrived there were young boys taking a bath and enjoying the cold water of the river. Our kuya tour guide was keen enough to always take our group pics. We gave him a good tip in return.=)

First day is over.

Off to our hotel. Great to know there a wifi, pool, jacuzzi and the it is not crowded! We almost own the place!

We had our dinner along Alona Beach. Bad thing Bohol does not have any specialty in terms of good foods or anything unique aside from Peanut kisses. We settled with BBQs and other other grilled seafoods available. The service is not good. For experience sake pwede na. Pero hindi masaya kumain sa Bohol...walang angst ang mga food choices even are so lame. Kaya should you go there don't expect much for a good food. Sakto lang.  Even in Loboc River Floating Restaurant...hindi rin masarap yung food. Since malapit lang naman ang Bohol sa Cebu bakit hindi nila gayahin yung sa Cebu.

2nd Day: BALICASAG

We woke up early to prepare for our Dolphin watching and Island hopping. Sad to say there were no dolphins in sight because of strong waves brought by typhoon Juan I think. Malas. We just docked in Balicasag Island, paid extra for our Snorkeling activity. If you've been in Palawan or other diving sites I highly recommend you pass this activity or maybe you can request to be drove further where there is really an "ocean world"

Since Jenai got sick and Jansen has to nurse her. So with Rhexy, Neil and Jaymar we explored the place and found our feet to the next island where we had our sumptous lunch courtesy of Ate Rose.

Except  maybe for the sands textures relatively Philippine beaches smells the same...so explore...keep on walking until you see something that will capture your heart forever or maybe will connect you to the past that has been long forgotten.

Still in day 2, after our Balicasag tour and battle againts the strong waves we got back to our hotel safe and ready to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

Dinner served at the hotel and we capped our 2nd night with a cup of coffee in a local cafe. =)

Walking distance from our hotel lang kaya we ordered isaw, bbq and hotdogs...dami kase sa area kaya nakaka-crave.=)  After sobrang busog kami nag-coffee kami in a small French inspired cafe Elephant Bleu. Great Chill-out place with a perfect ambiance of a relaxed and sassy mode!

OCTOBER 20, 2010

We had a quick breakfast. Thanked the chef for all the delicious meals served and the Ates at the frontdesk...we checked out and off to our Bohol Countryside tour. Kuya Ondoy fetched us early to maximize the day.

Our first stop is at the Blood Compact Shrine and Baclayon Church. Sayang lang we were still early and sarado pa yung church kaya hanggang labas lang kami. Pero still very worth it kahit sa labas lang.

Next in our list is to visit the biggest Phyton I ever laid eyes on...and I must say that his no direct contact to nature makes him the laziest creature ever created to date. And sayang ulit kase maaga pa wala yung "commentator" na si Marimar,=(

After our encounter with a monkey a bird and a phyton we went straight to Man-made forest. One of my favorite part of the tour. I love trees!

And drove to the infamous Chocolate Hills. What I love most about our early trip is we see the Nature at its best. No big crowd and the sun still good for our skin.=)

Understatement kung sasabihin kung maganda sya, you have to go there to experience this beautiful gift. Extraordinary. Book your ticket and never miss a chance to explore Bohol.

Then to Butterfly garden, nice din dun, nagmamadali lang kami kaya I failed to explore further yung area.

Sabi ni ateng tour guide:

"Diba sabi po ng matatanda pag humawak ka ng paro-paro mabubulag ka. Hindi po yun totoo...kase pag-ibig ang nakakabulag."

May point sya.

Luckily we first reached the hanging bridge before the 2 tourist buses unloaded an almost 100 high school students.=)
And there's this two cute lovers doing their prenup shots! Malas nila ang daming students that day.
and siempre this trip will never be complete without our Tarsier encounter. We were not allowed to touch them and asked not to create nor ignite stress sa kanila. Kawawa na sila kaya eto nalang pictures ko.

After a very short encounter with the Tarsiers...off the road again for a long drive to the airport to catch our 2:40pm flight to Manila.

We don't have the luxury of time to buy pasalubong for friends.

After securing our tickets and left we grabbed Peanut Kisses in Marcella- a small supermarket in Tagbilaran.

2:40 almost flying back to Manila.

3:40 Manila Domestic

4:30 Apartment.

Tired and happy.

Slept the whole night.

Excited for my new adventure....DAVAO!

Rants

GGMode.

and Serena and Blair on party now.
**

Since I have no one to talk with at this very moment and I want to rant...please stop reading now this is really non-sense and doesn't bother you...I just want to vent.

I am bothered of the cigarette ends I always find in our common comfort room. Several times I mentioned not to smoke or leave any traces of it in any sort. Darn this man who can't simply understand the phrase: NO SMOKING PLEASE!

and to the makeshift room or the fact that there is an intruder i don't even know the real name sharing the same roof with me. Or is it because I am not in favor of bf-gf living together if you have not gone yet to atleast almost a year of being a 'couple', or is it the fact that there were no introductions whatsoever that someone will be living with us?

I'll go with the last.

Hoping that everything will be okey and no more cigarette ends.

...there are work and love life issues too.

Maybe in my sleep I'll have my peace of mind.

Champion

There's a champion in everyone of us!

Kaya kung feeling mo kawawa ka na...think again hindi mo alam ang pinagdadaanan ng katabi mo sa jeep. Maraming kwento sa mundo hindi lang yung sa'yo. Akala mo traumatic na yan...hindi pa yan! Meron pang mas matindi...kaya always put that smile in your face and tell the world: THIS TOO SHALL PASS.  Sabi nga sa text...kung may pinagdadaanan kang problema...daanan mo lang wag mong tambayan.

Put that smile in your face and have the courage in your heart to go on...kase nga hindi mo alam yung kwento ng nakasalubong mo sa MRT.
