I'm thinking of getting starbucks 2012 planner but decided not to. just now.
I read a lot of books on how to control your temper..count from 1 to 10. breathe in...breathe out. But when you are already in the situation...you always forget to 'control' i am still immature to this. i hate myself for being so reactive. I hate it when i am no longer in control of the situation. I am so impulsive.
Just before we log out today, our QA told me that she will autofail (jargon) one of my agents' call because she can't find the complete recording of that call. I was there when the agent dialed back the customer. Its unfair. Bad bay! Sorry QA girl...well talk tom. =)
Another major thing that made my day...my friend love posted in FB our supposed to be secret bridal shower for our dear friend Cha! No longer a secret! haha!

And it is always good to share your burden with someone. It lessens the load. And you know someone is there to back you up in case you break the crack. Someone to hold the grip when you feel like giving up.
Life is always fair, we are just playing all different roles. I can't be the your daughter...because your son will marry me soon! Haha! What a scrimpy thought? Lack of vocabulary I guess...or i just want to use that word "scrimpy!"
