Poll Survey

I am not always the popular choice...I am not so sure if I will take it positively or negatively?

Yesterday, we held a survey to determine the top 3 team lead choices of our newbies and I ofcourse I am not the popular choice.

Not that I am affected that much because I am always considered "intimidating" and as lack of vocabulary "suplada and masungit!"

Maybe it's just that it takes time for me to warm up to anyone, even if we met 2-3 times, on our 4th meeting it's as if it is still our first time to be introduced. I envy people with strong personality, those life of the party and those who can easily get along with anyone in a very short period of time.

Personally, I am not fond of anyone who is "feeling close" to me.
I know I have a very strong personality. Those who knows me well appreciates and loves me those who don't...I don't care. =) Should you be under my wing will feel my love and affection, care and loyalty.

Yes I know, as a leader we need people skills...I will work on that. =)

Today is a rewarding day, i learned a lot from our 4-hour leadership training. Really, everything should be systematize and no one should directly jump into conclusion or solution without finding the root cause.

I am very much disappointed to one of my agents, he is arrogant to follow my lead. Selfish. Irresponsible. I have done my part. Willingness- is the issue I cannot resolve.

Training:
What we need now is the "systematic way" of removing an agent and to involve other departments to resolve this issue.

25th cake!

yesterday I am the happiest.

i received my 25th cake!

and a new pair of havaianas as a monthsary gift!
i am just so happy and i just can't hide it.

more than the gift it is the effort and thought that counts.

a man his size- who loves watching wrestling, tap out and other grueling action pack shows on cable tv carrying a box of cake on his way home?

August 3- Bday celebration of my best bud Gary Aguilon!

I wish you all the best and hope to hear wedding bells soon! Naunahan pa tayo ni Patel...iba ka talaga Chris! Pero invited naman kami sa wedding mo kaya...thank you! We're all excited to witness your union with Princess, wala ka ng kawala!


And few days after, I was invited to attend the 2nd bday of my inaanak Samie, I am always excited to attend children's party. Kase i have no memories of celebrating my bday with Jollibee! haha! wala pa kaseng Jollibee noon when I was little in Palawan and I was born December 24 kaya awkward naman na magcelebrate ako with kids db?

Samie's beautiful cake. I love cakes! And this one is really gorgeous, I am sure that in the future when Samie see this picture she will be the happiest.

With Jollibee! Siempre para hindi obvious na ako talaga ang excited I need to grab some kids para samahan ako!  

And this is the sweetest! Samie's dad is in Italy...salamat sa Skype!

And just this Sunday, after our shift, together with my agents we rewarded ourselves with sumptuous lunch in Dampa. It is also our despedida for KC before he transfers to QC to pioneer our Vonage OB account.I will surely miss you! Always, remember everything is in God's perfect time, along the journey make yourself ready...para pag-ibibigay na...game ka na!

August has so much more to offer. So looking forward for everything and most especially I am very much excited to welcome -ber months! I am loaded these coming months!

To be honest, mine is shabbily dressed.

In retrospect...nothing just want to write...in retrospect.

I am shabbily dressed.

I need not to be Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian...I just need to be shabbily dressed and be happy about it.

I especially loved Ala's Dos.

Rainy Monday and a flutter blouse

August is welcomed with so much rain! 

Instead of going out I stayed home for the weekend.=) I eat-eat-eat! Carbo overload. I see some fatty build up now...uh..uh! Need to be bikini ready before November!

Grabee sobrang lakas ng ulan. Buti nalang wala akong pasok ngayon. Kawawa naman si J, he's on his way to work now. He wants to be absent but I told him, we're now responsible individuals, hindi na school ang work na whenever we feel like not going to may "excuse letter." Work is commitment.

As a supervisor in a call center I know how it feels pag may absent na agent, especially kung alam ko naman na hindi totoo excuses. I heard all possible excuses. Alam ko na rin ang nagsasabi ng totoo at hindi. With the help of FB I can easily track what happened. Kahit late pang i-post ang pics.

Common excuses. Na-hold-up. Since we're working at night, this is the most common. Pag ganito na, I always give the benefit of the doubt after a day or two...alam ko na kung na-held-up talaga. And most of the time agents who are using this excuse are call center hoppers or account hoppers. 

Siempre, mawawala ba naman ang most favorite na sakit ang diarrhea- diarrhea? Overnight?! Wow naman db? Pero siempre...go lang.

Ano pa ba? Siempre you will receive a text or call stating that "I'm sorry TL I cannot report to work tonight because I am not feeling well." Very vague excuse. Been there, done that. =) Most of the time pag gamit to may inuman session na nagaganap. 

Meron din yung famous line na "we have a family emergency." or "my ___ is sent to the hospital."

Of course some reasons are valid depending on the history of the agent. 

I sometimes don't ask for medical certificate. I already know kung sino nagsasabi ng totoo. Meron ding mga selfish, they will never extend to reach the team goal. I know some! =)  Ganun sila e...wala tayong magagawa. 

Ang haba ng post ko no? haha! I'm waiting for my diamond dash in FB to gain more lives. I'm playing almost all day na. =)

Pero this morning naman I helped J do our laundry. I'm so couched potato this weekend!
